Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai - Deputy Director of the Public Administration Service Center in Thanh Sen Ward - said that Thanh Sen Ward is the central ward (of the old Ha Tinh City), so it is very much cared for and well-trained by leaders for cadres before officially coming into operation according to the 2-level local government model.
According to Mr. Hai, this morning, many people came to do procedures. Of which, the most are the land and justice sectors.
Students who receive documents, procedures and process them on software are all proficient, Mr. Hai shared.
According to Mr. Hai, the Public Administration Service Center in Thanh Sen Ward uses the office, machinery, and facilities from the Ha Tinh City Public Administration Center, so it has many advantages.
However, the Public Administration Service Center in Thanh Sen Ward is still quite narrow. It is expected that from next week, the unit will arrange additional work counters in the 2-storey building next door (When the Land Fund Development Center returns the headquarters, switches to working at the headquarters of the City Department of Education) to reduce the load, avoiding people having to jostle.
Mr. Hai also informed that there is currently a problem at the Public Administration Service Center in Thanh Sen Ward in the tax field, which is not registered to arrange staff and specialists to handle tax procedures at this Center. Therefore, people coming to do procedures takes time and is inconvenient when having to handle tax procedures elsewhere.
Thanh Sen ward was established on the basis of arranging the entire natural area and population of Bac Ha, Thach Quy, Tan Giang, Thach Hung, Nam Ha, Tran Phu, Ha Huy Tap, Van Yen wards and a part of the natural area and population of Dai Nai ward.
After the arrangement, the ward has a natural area of: 28.23km2, population of: 90.983 people. The ward headquarters is located at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh city (old).
Implementing the arrangement of administrative units according to the local government at 2 levels, Ha Tinh province still has 69 commune-level administrative units.
