This morning (January 28), the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee organized the Conference of Central Rapporteurs in January 2026 to quickly announce the results of the 14th Party Congress.
The conference was organized directly at the Hall of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, online to bridge points nationwide.
According to the plan, in the early morning, leaders of the Central Party Office will quickly announce the results of the 14th Party Congress.
Next, leaders of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs provided specialized information "Overview of the world situation and foreign affairs and diplomacy activities of the Party and State in 2025; forecast of the world situation and directions and tasks of foreign affairs and diplomacy work in 2026".
Politburo Member, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee Trinh Van Quyet will deliver directing speeches, orient propaganda and conclude the Conference.
With the motto: "Unity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", the 14th Party Congress took place from January 19 - January 23, 2026 in Hanoi Capital with the participation of 1,586 delegates, representing more than 5.6 million party members throughout the Party.
The theme of the Congress is: "Under the glorious flag of the Party, joining hands, united in determination to successfully implement the country's development goals to 2030; self-reliance, confidence, and strong progress in the era of national rise, for peace, independence, democracy, prosperity, prosperity, civilization, happiness, steadily advancing towards socialism".
After 5 days of working, with the spirit of working seriously, responsibly, scientifically, promoting the collective intellectual level, democracy, and innovation, the 14th Party Congress was a great success.
At the 14th Congress, the 13th Central Executive Committee of the Party presented to the Congress documents including: Political report of the 13th Central Executive Committee of the Party; Report summarizing a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented renovation in Vietnam in the past 40 years; Report summarizing 15 years of implementing the Party Charter (2011 - 2025) and proposing orientations for supplementing and amending the Party Charter; Report reviewing the leadership and direction of the 13th Central Executive Committee of the Party.
At the Congress, General Secretary To Lam presented the Report of the 13th Central Committee of the Party on the documents of the 14th Congress of the Party.
With a spirit of democracy and high responsibility, at the Congress, delegates spent a lot of time carefully studying the documents and enthusiastically discussed with 815 delegates speaking at the Delegation and the Hall.
Regarding elections, the Congress conducted elections in accordance with the Regulations, electing 180 full members of the Party Central Committee and 20 alternate members of the Party Central Committee of the 14th term once.

The 14th Politburo had 19 comrades, including 10 re-elected members of the 13th Politburo and 9 comrades participating for the first time.
Comrade To Lam, General Secretary of the 13th Central Committee of the Party, was elected by the 14th Central Committee of the Party as General Secretary of the 14th Central Committee of the Party.
The 14th Party Central Committee will have a number of comrades who are members of the Politburo assigned to participate in the Party Central Committee and 3 comrades elected by the Party Central Committee.
At the first Conference, the 14th Central Executive Committee of the Party elected the 14th Central Inspection Committee consisting of 23 comrades. Comrade Tran Sy Thanh was re-elected as Chairman of the 14th Central Inspection Committee.
The very good success of the 14th Congress demonstrates the belief, will, determination and new development vision of our Party and people. This is a solid premise for the entire Party, entire people, and entire army to be strategically autonomous, confident, self-reliant, and strong in the new era, successfully implementing the Resolution of the 14th Congress, for a peaceful, independent, democratic, prosperous, civilized, and happy Vietnam, steadily advancing towards socialism.
