    Ninh Binh - On the evening of January 23, thousands of people and tourists immersed themselves in the art program to celebrate the success of the 14th Party Congress.

    In an atmosphere of excitement spreading throughout the country, on the evening of January 23, the art program celebrating the success of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam held in Hoa Lu ancient town (Hoa Lu ward, Ninh Binh province) became a special cultural rendezvous, attracting a large number of people and tourists to attend.
