Decide or propose to competent authorities to decide or adjust investment policies and investment locations for investment projects from state capital and projects not using state capital (including mineral projects); list of projects auctioning land use rights and projects using land to bid to select investors.
Ensuring national defense and security; inspection; corruption prevention and control; human rights issues; general issues on site clearance in the province.
Finance; state budget; taxes, fees, charges and other revenues of the state budget; public assets, financial investment; accounting; auditing; prices and financial service activities.
Prevent and combat waste, practice thrift. Direct the auction of projects using land in the province. Land resources; water resources; mineral resources; geology; environment; public services in the agricultural and environmental sector according to the provisions of law.
