Every year, promptly advise the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to approve the list of provincial-level science and technology tasks for implementation, including: Implementing the selection method, limiting the direct assignment method to select units with enough capacity to preside over the implementation of scientific and technological tasks, ensuring transparency, objectivity and equality between organizations and individuals during the implementation process.
