According to Decision No. 339-QD/TU dated March 17, 2026, the Standing Committee of Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee established 26 Supervisory Delegations to conduct thematic supervision of the Standing Committees of 148 communes and wards directly under the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committees of Party Committees: Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, Provincial Fatherland Front, Provincial Party agencies.
Supervisory delegations shall supervise the following contents:
Leadership and direction work to implement the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress; important resolutions, "pillars" of the Central Government; Resolution of the 1st Phu Tho Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
The work of leading, directing, and organizing the implementation of the policy of arranging the organizational structure and implementing decentralization and delegation of power associated with the implementation of 2-level local government.
The task of socio-economic development with the goal of double-digit growth according to Action Program No. 08-CTr/TU, dated December 29, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on implementing the economic growth target for the period 2026 - 2030 and continuing to grow rapidly and sustainably to 2045.
Leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation.
Through supervision, consideration, and correct assessment of strengths, limitations, shortcomings and signs of violations (if any) to promptly correct, correct, overcome, and handle according to regulations.
Supervision ensures democracy, objectivity, impartiality, caution, tightness, accuracy, and strictness; strictly complies with principles, procedures, authority, and working methods according to Party regulations; promotes the self-criticism and criticism awareness of Party organizations and party members.
