Mr. Bui Quoc Dung - Deputy State Auditor General (SA) - emphasized this content in the seminar " application of information technology and artificial intelligence in the activities of the State Audit and the agencies of the National Assembly with the theme: Identifying opportunities and actions of union members and youth in the digital age", on August 21.
The seminar was organized by the National Assembly Youth Union and the State Audit Youth Union with the participation of more than 300 union members and young people.
According to Deputy Attorney General Bui Quoc Dung, if digital transformation is considered a revolution, young people must play a pioneering and pioneering role. Youth have a natural advantage in adapting to digital technology and accepting new things, this is a key factor for the success of digital transformation.

Mr. Bui Quoc Dung said that artificial intelligence (AI) has just opened up opportunities but is also a big challenge for the youth force. There are experts abroad who have said that young people are " riding on the AI wave", if given the right opportunity, they will succeed, but if they do not have time to adapt, that wave will sink.
Also in the discussion, the Deputy Governor General of the State Bank of Vietnam pointed out historical lessons and stories of many large brands - "giants" but collapsed because they could not adapt to technological changes, leading to being "orset behind". From there, Mr. Dung believes that youth union members are not only technology users, but must be the force leading the digital transformation process of the State Audit and the National Assembly.
According to him, each union member and youth needs to turn technology knowledge into specific actions - from small initiatives in work, to process innovation solutions. This is a way to affirm its pioneering role, contributing to building a modern, professional State Audit, approaching international standards.

According to Mr. Bui Quoc Dung, in recent times, the State Audit has focused on developing AI applications in analyzing, evaluating and synthesizing audit findings and recommendations; building a model of applying artificial intelligence to support the assessment and control of audit quality and achieving many encouraging results.
Also at the seminar, Mr. Dang Xuan Phuong - Deputy Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee - suggested that in the coming time, each union member and youth need to actively approach new issues, consider digital transformation as a key and continuous task, contributing to the successful implementation of the National Assembly's Digital Transformation Project in the period of 2025-2030 and the projects and plans of the State Audit on digital transformation.
Promote results, continue to promote self-improvement in learning and research, master digital skills and AI tools, participate in digital transformation at agencies and units, and boldly propose solutions to apply AI in auditing activities. Applying AI to improve work performance, AI is also paying attention to important data related to security.
Secretary of the National Assembly Youth Union Nguyen Thi Kim Anh said that in the context of the 4th industrial revolution and the national digital transformation trend taking place strongly, information technology and AI have become an important driving force, promoting innovation to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of state agencies.
