On May 12, information from the Government Inspectorate said that this agency had just organized the announcement of thematic inspection decisions for redundant houses and land after arrangement.
According to Decision 296/QD-TTCP, the inspection team for redundant houses and land after arrangement at the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment is headed by Mr. Dinh Dang Lap, Senior Inspector, Deputy Director of Department VIII, Government Inspectorate.
The inspection period is 30 working days, from the date of announcement of the inspection decision. The inspection period is from March 1, 2025 - April 30, 2026, during the inspection process, if there are related contents, the inspection team may inspect and consider related contents before and after the above period.
In addition, according to Decision 299/QD-TTCP on inspecting redundant houses and land after arrangement in Lam Dong province, the inspection team consists of 7 members led by Mr. Nguyen Tat Thanh, Senior Inspector, Deputy Director of Department II, Government Inspectorate.
The content of the inspection focuses on the management, use, rearrangement, handling and exploitation of redundant houses and land after arranging administrative units and arranging the organizational structure in Lam Dong province.
According to Decision 298/QD-TTCP on inspecting redundant houses and land after arrangement in Thanh Hoa province, the inspection team consists of 7 people led by Mr. Quach Le Truyen, Chief Inspector, Deputy Director of Department II, Government Inspectorate.
At the decision announcement ceremony, Deputy Inspector General of the Government Nguyen Van Cuong requested localities and relevant units to fully understand their responsibilities in coordinating with the Inspection Team, especially the preparation and provision of dossiers and documents to serve inspection activities.
The Deputy Inspector General of the Government also requested the Inspection Team in the working process to closely follow the goals and requirements of the topic; focus on properly assessing the current situation of management and use of redundant houses and land after administrative unit arrangement; clarify the existing problems, limitations, causes and responsibilities of relevant organizations and individuals.
