The Government Inspectorate has announced the Conclusion of the inspection of law enforcement in planning and implementation of construction planning; land management and use; construction investment management of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee; inspection of law enforcement for the FLC Sam Son Golf Links project, FLC Sam Son eco-tourism urban area project.
Mr. Nguyen Manh Huong - Director of the Department of Inspection, Complaints and Denunciations Settlement, Region 2 (Department 2), Government Inspectorate chaired the announcement ceremony.
Attending the announcement ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Van Thi - Vice Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, representatives of relevant Departments, branches and localities.
Mr. Nguyen Viet Cuong - Deputy Director of Department 2, Head of the inspection team announced the full text of Conclusion No. 383/KL-TTCP of the Government Inspector General on the implementation of the law in planning and implementation of construction planning; land management and use; construction investment management of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee; inspection of law compliance for the FLC Sam Son Golf Links project, FLC Sam Son eco-tourism urban area project.
Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Thi - Vice Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee - affirmed that the Inspection Team had worked objectively, seriously, and in accordance with the law, while pointing out shortcomings and deficiencies in planning and implementation of construction planning; land management and use; and construction investment management in Thanh Hoa province. Thereby helping Thanh Hoa overcome shortcomings and difficulties to continue to develop better.
Vice Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Thi accepted all recommendations of the Inspection Team and said he would direct departments and branches to seriously implement the recommendations in the inspection conclusion.
In his concluding remarks, Mr. Nguyen Manh Huong, Director of Department 2, Government Inspectorate, emphasized that the announcement of the inspection conclusion was carried out in accordance with the provisions of law.
Mr. Nguyen Manh Huong requested the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province to have a detailed plan to direct departments, branches and localities to implement the recommendations according to the Inspection Conclusion.
In the process of implementing the inspection conclusion, if there are any problems, Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee will discuss with Department V, Government Inspectorate to organize the effective implementation of the inspection conclusion.
