On April 21, Son La Provincial People's Committee held a Conference to announce the Government Inspectorate's Decision on inspecting the implementation of Inspection Conclusion No. 1035/KL-TTCP dated June 30, 2021.
At the conference, Mr. Le Thanh Liem - Director of Department XIV (Government Inspectorate) announced the Decision to inspect the implementation of Inspection Conclusion No. 1035/KL-TTCP in Son La province.
The Director of Department XIV emphasized that the purpose of the inspection is to comprehensively and objectively assess the actual situation of Son La province's implementation of the contents in Inspection Conclusion No. 1035/KL-TTCP.
On that basis, the Delegation will clarify the achieved results, point out the shortcomings, limitations, causes and responsibilities of relevant organizations and individuals if any. At the same time, propose solutions to promptly overcome limitations, contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of state management in the area.
Mr. Liem also requested departments, branches, and related units of Son La province to closely coordinate with the inspection team, provide complete, timely, and accurate documents and records as required; arrange officials to act as focal points to work with the team to ensure progress and quality of inspection.
Conclusion No. 1035/KL-TTCP dated June 30, 2021 of the Government Inspectorate is the conclusion on the inspection of the responsibility of Son La Provincial People's Committee in implementing the law on inspection, citizen reception, complaint and denunciation resolution, corruption prevention and control and basic construction investment management, inspection of projects and works showing signs of violating the law on planning, management, and use of land in urban areas and the issuance of certificates of land use rights, ownership of houses and other assets attached to land in urban areas in Son La province.
