On February 21, Mr. Ngo Quang Chien - Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Quang Tri province said that regarding the arrangement and reorganization of the apparatus, as of 24 hours on February 19, the whole province had 312 cases/26 local agencies and units with applications for resignation. Of which, the state sector has 268 cases, the party sector has 44 cases.
In addition, there were 110 cases of registration for leave but not for the right subjects to be considered, such as not being part of the organizational arrangement unit in the apparatus, non-merged public service units, administrative agencies, and vertical agencies in the area.
Initial calculations show that in cases where there are cases of resignation applications for the right subjects, the regime that the province will support is expected to be about 55 billion VND.
However, through the review, it is shown that some agencies and units have many cases of registration for resignation, worried about affecting operations, so the locality is considering and reviewing within 3 months to make a decision.
For example, the provincial Department of Transport has 10/31 civil servants resigning, of which the Department Inspectorate has 4/5 civil servants resigning; the Ethnic Committee has 6/22 civil servants resigning; the Property Price Management Department of the Department of Finance has 3/7 civil servants resigning; the Economic Infrastructure Department of Gio Linh District People's Committee has 3/7 civil servants resigning...
"When many people in a unit quit, it will lead to imbalance. Therefore, in some units, we have to wait until the apparatus is reorganized, seeing which cases are suitable to agree according to our wishes the leader of the Department of Home Affairs of Quang Tri province informed.
