The National Assembly Standing Committee has just issued Plan No. 1227/KH-UBTVQH15 on organizing the 7th full-time National Assembly delegation conference to discuss and contribute opinions on 9 draft laws submitted to the National Assembly at the 9th Session.
The plan clearly states that the National Assembly delegation conference will operate in a centralized manner in Hanoi for 2 days (from March 25-26, 2025).
At the conference, full-time National Assembly deputies will discuss and contribute opinions on 9 draft laws submitted to the National Assembly at the 9th Session, including: Law on Digital Technology Industry; Law on Chemicals (amended); Law on Teachers; Law on Special Consumption Tax (amended); Law on Corporate Income Tax (amended); Law on Employment (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Advertising; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Product and Goods Quality.
To ensure good service for the conference, Secretary General of the National Assembly, Head of the National Assembly Office Le Quang Tung issued plan No. 760/KH-VPQH to serve the 7th full-time National Assembly delegation conference.
The Secretary General and the Head of the National Assembly Office assigned units to carry out specific tasks related to preparing documents for draft laws submitted at conferences and developing plans.
During the discussion process, the submitting agencies and the agency in charge of the review will report and clarify a number of issues raised by National Assembly deputies (if any).
