Discussing the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Anti-Corruption

    Today (October 15), the National Assembly Standing Committee will give its opinion on the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Anti-Corruption.

    According to the working program, the National Assembly Standing Committee will give opinions on the Government's Submission No. 40/TTr-CP dated September 11, 2025 on seeking opinions on the draft Decree of the Government regulating a number of specific policies for the development of the missile industry.

    The Minister of National Defense briefly presented the submission. The Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on National Defense, Security and Foreign Affairs briefly presented the inspection report.

    The National Assembly Standing Committee also gave its opinion on the Government's reports on the results of the implementation of the socio-economic development plan for 2025, the expected socio-economic development plan for 2026; the results of the implementation of the National Assembly's resolutions on the 5-year plan for the period 2021-2025: socio-economic development, economic restructuring.

    At the same time, the National Assembly Standing Committee gave opinions on the Government's reports on the implementation of the state budget in 2025, the state budget estimate, and the central budget allocation plan for 2026;

    Results of the implementation of the National Assembly's resolutions on the 5-year plan for the period 2021-2025: medium-term public investment; national finance and loans, public debt repayment; plans expected: national 5-year financial plan for the period 2026-2030; medium-term public investment for the period 2026-2030.

    On the same day, the National Assembly Standing Committee gave its opinion on the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Anti-Corruption.
