The Ministry of Construction shall preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to continue urging and guiding localities to remove difficulties and obstacles in implementing real estate and social housing projects, promoting the safe, healthy and sustainable development of the real estate market; coordinate with the State Bank of Vietnam to effectively implement the VND 145,000 billion credit package for social housing.
Coordinate with the Government Office to organize a National Conference on promoting safe and healthy development of social housing and real estate market before February 15, 2025.
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment shall preside over and coordinate with agencies and localities to strengthen inspection and examination of land valuation activities, issuance of land price lists, compensation, site clearance, and auction of land use rights.
Timely rectify, prevent and strictly handle violations within authority, especially acts of taking advantage of land use rights auctions for personal gain, causing market disruption.
Early completion and operation of a centralized, unified, multi-purpose land information system and land database, providing online public services in the land sector in urban areas, improving the indicators: "Land access", "Land registration" and "Quality of land administrative management".
The Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to preside over and coordinate with agencies and localities to closely monitor and promptly grasp the labor market, labor and employment situation after the Tet holiday.
Including solutions to support businesses in overcoming labor shortages, avoiding labor supply disruptions, and meeting human resource needs for production.
Regularly urge localities to review and promptly remove difficulties and obstacles, ensuring the completion of the goal of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the area; daily update the situation and implementation results. Effectively implement poverty reduction policies, preferential treatment for people with revolutionary contributions, ensure social security and social welfare.
