1. Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai - Politburo member, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, Head of the Hanoi National Assembly Delegation of the 15th tenure, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Capital Command - continues to hold the position of Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee.
2. Mr. Tran Sy Thanh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, National Assembly delegate of the 15th tenure - continues to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee.
