According to VNA, on the morning of January 16, local time, at the Prime Minister's Office in Warsaw, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk presided over a ceremony to welcome Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, his wife and the Vietnamese delegation on an official visit to the Republic of Poland.
When the motorcade carrying Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, his wife and the Vietnamese delegation entered the Prime Minister's Palace square, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk came out to the parking lot to welcome Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh.
In the cold of 1 degree Celsius, after a warm handshake and hug, Prime Minister Donald Tusk invited Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh to move to the position of honor and the national anthems of the two countries were solemnly played by the military band.
The Polish Prime Minister invited Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh to inspect the guard of honor, after which the two Prime Ministers introduced the delegations from both sides attending the welcoming ceremony. The welcoming ceremony ended with a parade by the Polish army.
