This is the first official visit of a Vietnamese Prime Minister to Poland after 15 years, and to the Czech Republic after 6 years, aiming to create a breakthrough in raising the level of relations with the two countries, thereby promoting and deepening relations with the Central and Eastern European region.
This is also the second consecutive year that Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has attended WEF Davos and the fourth time attending WEF conferences as Prime Minister.
