From April 26 to May 3, Vietnamese tourists who buy 5 tickets to visit the temple and tower area will receive 1 free ticket. In parallel, items at My Son Souvenir shopping area are discounted by 10%, contributing to increasing the value of accompanying services.
Previously, this program applied a 100% free entrance ticket policy for female tourists wearing ao dai. The promotion applies from April 23rd to April 26th, combined with photo and check-in activities at the relic site. This is an activity in response to the Vietnamese Ao Dai Festival, and at the same time creates a highlight to promote the image of heritage associated with traditional culture.
Preferential policies are built in a diverse direction, combining direct promotions and cultural experiences. Free tickets for tourists wearing ao dai not only attracts visitors but also encourages honoring traditional costumes in heritage space.
On April 30 and May 1, the art program "Colors of Cham cultural heritage" also takes place at My Son World Cultural Heritage. The program includes four main parts: "Call for the festival season", "Exchange, performance of traditional craft villages", "Performance of Cham folk art" and "Returning to the ancient tower region". The contents are built in the direction of combining art performances and ritual reenactment, creating attractive highlights during the peak tourist season. The program hopes to bring a unique experience space for tourists.
Visitors will be immersed in the traditional festival atmosphere with vivid recreations such as Kate drums, welcoming rituals, and many typical art forms. Apsara dance, Roi dance, Saranai trumpet solo or Shiva dance performances bearing strong Cham cultural imprints.
Besides performance activities, the traditional craft village space is also organized to increase interaction. Visitors can directly experience Bau Truc pottery making techniques, learn about the brocade weaving process and observe artisans practicing right at the exhibition area.
According to the My Son World Cultural Heritage Management Board, the program is expected to help domestic tourists increase by 15-20% during peak seasons. Revenue from tickets and related services is also forecast to improve thanks to the attractiveness of incentive packages.
