On the afternoon of March 30, 2026, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, General Secretary To Lam chaired the ceremony to award the Military Service Order and the 30-year, 40-year, and 45-year Party Badges to senior leaders of the Party and State.
Also attending were Member of the Politburo of the XIII term, President Luong Cuong; Member of the Politburo, Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man; Member of the Politburo, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu; leaders and former leaders of the Party and State, leaders of departments, ministries, and central agencies.
General Secretary To Lam awarded the First-class Military Service Order to comrades: Member of the Politburo of the XIII term, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh; Member of the Politburo of the XIII term, Standing Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh; Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee of the XIII term, former Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac; Member of the Politburo of the XIII term, Standing Head of the Sub-committee for Documents of the XIV Party Congress Nguyen Van Nen, who have made many outstanding achievements in the process of building socialism and protecting the Fatherland.

In a solemn, warm and comradely atmosphere, General Secretary To Lam presented flowers to congratulate the comrades who received the First-class Military Service Medal and Party Badges.
General Secretary To Lam affirmed that these are noble rewards, great honors, the crystallization of a long journey of striving, training, dedication and sacrifice for the glorious revolutionary cause, for the Party, for the people of the comrades.
The Military Service Order is a recognition of outstanding achievements and particularly outstanding contributions of comrades during their time working in the people's police force, as well as the contributions of comrades to the cause of protecting political security, social order and safety in important leadership positions of the Party and State.
The badges of 45 years, 40 years, and 30 years of Party membership are an honor, a sacred milestone recognizing a persistent journey following the Party, steadfast in the Party's ideals, wholeheartedly for the country and the people, for the tasks that comrades shoulder the responsibility of in the long journey.
The General Secretary emphasized that the two honors are intertwined, further clarifying the portraits of genuine communist members who are loyal to their ideals, exemplary in morality, dedicated to their work, loyal to the Party, and attached to the people.
The comrades receiving noble awards at the ceremony are cadres who have grown up through many environments, many positions, many challenges; always showing firm political bravery, high sense of responsibility, innovative thinking, drastic action, saying and doing. No matter what position they are in, they always put the interests of the nation and the people first and foremost; always maintain the moral qualities of cadres and party members; always strive to fulfill the important responsibilities assigned by the Party, State and people.
