The Prime Minister highly appreciated the UKM's signing of a cooperation Protocol with Ho Chi Minh City National University and Hanoi National University.
Sharing the issue of development, application and management of artificial intelligence (AI) and affirming the position, role and importance of education and training, science and technology, innovation and transformation in the new situation, the Prime Minister emphasized that this is the mission, when the training institutions play a central role in preparing human resources for the future - not only for the whole world, but for the whole country, but for the whole country, but for the whole country, not only for the whole country, but for the whole country, but for the whole country, but for the whole country, but for the whole country.
The Prime Minister said that the potential for cooperation between the two countries in human resource development, science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation is still very large; suggested that the two sides study and build a Malaysian university in Vietnam.
The Prime Minister proposed to improve the effectiveness of education and training cooperation between the two countries, especially at the university level, based on the following pillars: enhancing cooperation in training high-tech human resources; promoting cooperation in scientific research and innovation; expanding academic exchanges - connecting students - exchanging scholarships; developing training programs, quality assessment; promoting cooperation in creative startups.
The Prime Minister suggested that the two sides cooperate in developing science, technology, innovation and digital transformation.
Citing President Ho Chi Minh's words "There is no difficulty in anything, just fear of being impatient/Drowing mountains and covering the sea, determination will make it happen", the Prime Minister hopes that young people must have the mindset of "turning non-successful into something, turning difficult into easy, turning the impossible into something possible, turning the unessential into something important is important"; young people need to "look far, look wide, think deeply, do big", value time, intelligence, determination at the right time; strive to overcome their own limits; express the desire to rise constantly, "Winning is not arrogant, failure is not discouraged".
The Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh believes that when Vietnam and Malaysia share, connect knowledge and investment for future generations, all limits can overcome and new miracles will be established; affirming that Vietnam is willing to cooperate more closely with Malaysia in education and training and the fields of science and technology development, innovation, digital transformation for the common goals, towards sustainable development, prosperity and increasing brilliantly of the two countries and the ASEAN Community.
Also at the meeting, the Prime Minister spent time answering UKM students' questions related to the role of Vietnamese and Malaysian universities.
This is the Prime Minister's final activity during his official visit to Malaysia and attending the ASEAN Summit and related summits in the capital Kuala Lumpur.
On the afternoon of May 28, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, his wife and the Vietnamese delegation left Kuala Lumpur for home, successfully concluding the working trip.
