In particular, storm No. 10 is strong, the time of travel on land is long; the storm circulation causes heavy rain, flash floods, widespread flooding, water levels in many rivers exceed alert level 3, in some places exceed historical flood levels.
This is one of the serious and fierce natural disasters, severely affecting economic and social activities, infrastructure institutions from the sea to the plains, midlands to the mountains, causing heavy damage to people, property, and infrastructure in localities in the Northern and North Central regions.

General Secretary To Lam, Standing member of the Secretariat and the Prime Minister have issued many documents directing, visiting and encouraging localities and people in disaster-affected areas to soon overcome difficulties and losses, and quickly stabilize their lives.

However, the damage caused by storm No. 10 and floods is huge.
