Hanoi - On the evening of October 25, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the opening ceremony of the first Autumn Fair - 2025.

At the National Exhibition Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi), the First Autumn Fair - 2025 has officially opened with the theme "Connecting people with production and business". The opening ceremony was attended by Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh.

Also attending the event were Comrade Phan Dinh Trac, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission; Comrade Nguyen Van Nen, Politburo member, Standing member of the 14th National Party Congress Documents Subcommittee; Comrade Nguyen Hoa Binh, Politburo member, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister of the Government; General Trinh Van Quyet, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army; Comrades of the Party Central Committee: Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Vu Hong Thanh, leaders of central and local departments, ministries and branches.

Taking place from October 25 to November 4 at the National Exhibition Center, the First Autumn Fair - 2025 (Shopping Fair) is not only a major trade destination, but also a space to honor Vietnamese cultural values, connecting the quintessence of production, creativity and integration.

The fair is a national-scale economic and cultural event, chaired by the Prime Minister and assigned by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, in coordination with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Hanoi People's Committee and ministries, branches and localities.

This is a key activity in 2025, contributing to concretizing the domestic trade promotion policy, promoting production, business, import-export and promoting the national image - the brand of Vietnamese goods, in accordance with the direction of the Prime Minister in Official Dispatch No. 172/CD-TTg dated October 3, 2025.

According to the plan, the Fair will take place on a total exhibition area of over 130,000 m2, including 5 thematic subdivisions and over 3,000 booths. The fair has the participation of 34 provinces and cities; ministries, branches, along with thousands of large enterprises, cooperatives and corporations of Vietnam, while attracting a large number of international partners and enterprises to exhibit, trade and seek cooperation opportunities.

It is expected that during the entire period, the Fair will welcome an average of 500,000 visitors per day, demonstrating the strong attraction of an event of national and regional stature. Therefore, the fair is expected to become a highlight in the series of economic events and trade promotion in Vietnam this year.

Not only a commercial activity, the First Autumn Fair - 2025 also carries the message "Connecting people with production - business", aiming to arouse creative internal resources, promote supply - demand linkage, stimulate domestic consumption and enhance international integration of Vietnamese goods, thereby contributing to the implementation of the economic growth target of over 8% in 2025 and over 10% in the following years.
