Speaking at the working session, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh acknowledged the efforts and contributions of units to organize the "First Autumn Fair - 2025, Hanoi 25.10.2025".
The Prime Minister emphasized that the fair not only connects people with production and business but is also a connection between the past, present and future; between culture, science and technology and innovation; between regions across the country and between Vietnam and the world. This is also a place to connect joy, happiness and sharing between businesses and people.

"There is not much time left until the opening day, I suggest that the Organizing Committee and artists continue to be creative, prepare well to bring an impressive fair, clearly express the Vietnamese culture - imbued with national identity, hospitality and peace. Hanoi - the capital of conscience and human values - needs to strive to make this event a proud highlight" - the Prime Minister directed.
According to the Prime Minister, the Autumn Fair is not only a commercial activity, but also a symbol of the maturity and growth of the country, the nation, the enterprise and each Vietnamese person.

Sharing after seeing all the art performances at the rehearsal, the Prime Minister also noted that the art performances at this Autumn Fair are very special, expressing the beauty of the three regions of the North - Central - South. However, in the context of the country's deep integration, the Organizing Committee needs to pay more attention to international factors. For example, in addition to the presentation in Vietnamese, there should be a parallel English section so that international friends present at the event can easily follow and understand the content.
Similarly, speeches can use Vietnamese, but the English sub beginning should be displayed to express the spirit of integration, professionalism and friendship with international friends.
"Regarding the projection image, the graphics section is currently being used quite a lot. Meanwhile, Vietnam has many beautiful natural landscapes, images of people blending with nature, and unique cultural values. Therefore, priority should be given to using real images, associated with intangible cultures recognized by UNESCO such as Sam singing, xoan singing, quan ho, or bronze-cading rituals. In addition, it is possible to incorporate images of Vietnamese cultural figures such as Ho Xuan Huong, Hai Thuong Lan Ong... Thus, the image is both vivid and honors national cultural values, while strongly promoting Vietnamese identity to international friends" - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested.

For Hanoi, the Prime Minister emphasized that the most important requirement is to ensure security, order and absolute safety for the event. We need to learn from the recent "80 years of independence, freedom, and happiness" program, where safety assurance work has been done very well.
The concept of "safe" here needs to be comprehensively understood: security, social order, safety for people and tourists, food safety, as well as fire prevention and fighting safety and other public activities. All plans need to be carefully prepared and ready to respond to ensure the event takes place in a complete, safe and successful manner.
