Through the draft report
On September 12, Inspection and Supervision Delegation No. 236 of the Politburo and the Secretariat organized a conference to approve the draft report on the results of inspection and supervision for the Standing Committee of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee.
Mr. Doan Minh Huan - Member of the Politburo, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Head of Inspection and Supervision Team No. 236 - chaired the conference.
At the conference, representatives of the delegation reported on the implementation of the Politburo and the Secretariat's notice on the results of the 2nd inspection; and at the same time approved the draft summary report on the results of the 3rd inspection and supervision of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
Implementing the Politburo's decision on establishing the Inspection and Supervision Delegation of the Politburo and the Secretariat in 2026, phase 3, the Standing Committee of Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee has directed the preparation of self-inspection and supervision reports according to the outline and provided dossiers and documents as required.
Regarding the notices of inspection and supervision conclusions of phase 1 and phase 2 of 2026, the Standing Committee of Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee has organized dissemination and implementation, and at the same time issued plans to overcome the limitations and shortcomings pointed out.
The programs and plans are built closely following the goals and guiding viewpoints of the Central Government, in accordance with local practices, implementing the "6 clear" principle, determining the presiding agency, coordination and completion time.
Regarding personnel work, the Standing Committee of Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee focused on leading and directing the consolidation of the organizational structure, arranging and arranging a contingent of cadres to meet the requirements of operating the 2-level local government model.
At the conference, delegates discussed some contents in the draft summary report on the results of inspection and supervision; and at the same time supplemented, proposed and recommended related issues.
Attracting and valuing talent
Concluding the conference, Mr. Doan Minh Huan acknowledged the results and some ways of working in leading, directing, and organizing the implementation of inspection and supervision contents of the Standing Committee of Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee.
Mr. Doan Minh Huan proposed that the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee continue to review, improve, and concretize regulations on personnel work; strengthen the implementation of policies to attract and value talents and implement the motto of expansion in personnel planning.
The province is also proposed to lead and direct the construction of Le Duan Political School to meet regulations, associated with improving the quality of training, fostering and practical research; continue to implement the resolutions of the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo and overcome the limitations and shortcomings pointed out through inspection.
Speaking to receive the report, Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee said that the Provincial Party Committee will develop a specific plan to implement and overcome the shortcomings and limitations pointed out by the Inspection and Supervision Team and propose solutions to improve the effectiveness of task implementation.
Secretary of Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee requested Party committees, agencies, and localities to be inspected and supervised to fully absorb the opinions of the delegation, seriously implement tasks; and at the same time hoped that central agencies would continue to support localities in removing difficulties and obstacles, especially in contents related to mechanisms, policies and operation of the 2-level local government model.
