The leaders of the Department of Home Affairs announced the decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on receiving and appointing Mr. Cao Son Dung, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Bac Binh District Party Committee, to hold the position of Director of the Provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment, for a term of 5 years.
At the same time, the decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Phan Duong Cuong - Director of the Department of Construction to hold the position of Head of the Management Board of Binh Thuan Industrial Parks, for a term of 5 years (from the effective date of the decision) was announced.
On the afternoon of February 3, the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision to establish the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee on the basis of merging the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee. This is the first agency in Binh Thuan to be established during the process of restructuring the apparatus.
According to the decisions, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee was established and Mr. Vo Thanh Binh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held the position of Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Provincial Party Committee. At the same time, this Committee has 5 Deputy Heads appointed including: Nguyen Ngoc Hoa, Huynh Thai Duong (both Deputy Heads of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Provincial Party Committee), Phan Thi Thanh Mai, Nguyen Linh Nhon (both Deputy Heads of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Provincial Party Committee) and Tran Nguyen Loc (Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Binh Thuan province).
Also at the conference, the Organizing Committee of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee announced the decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Do Thai Duong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of Bac Binh District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025, replacing Mr. Cao Son Dung.
