Decision to terminate the activities of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, People's Court, People's Procuracy, and Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies - Enterprises Bloc.
Decision to establish the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies, assign and appoint Mr. Thao Hong Son - Chairman of the Provincial People's Council to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies. Mr. Hoang Hai Ly ceased to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, and held the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies.
