At the conference, the Organizing Committee of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee approved the decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Do Thai Duong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Bac Binh District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025, starting from February 3, 2025.
At the same time, announce the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on ceasing to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and ceasing to hold the position of Secretary of the Bac Binh District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025 for Mr. Cao Son Dung, to arrange other work, from February 3, 2025.
At the conference, Mr. Dang Hong Sy, Standing Deputy Secretary of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee and Mr. Tieu Hong Phuc, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, presented decisions of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and flowers to the two officials.
Mr. Do Thai Duong (born in 1969) used to hold the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs (since April 2020), then Head of the Mass Mobilization Committee of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee (since August 2024), and is now assigned to hold the position of Secretary of the Bac Binh District Party Committee.
