In Document No. 1960-CV/TU, Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee criticized agencies, units and localities in implementing tasks on breakthroughs in scientific and technological development, innovation and conversion of national numbers; Developing data applications on population, identification and electronic authentication for national digital transformation.
According to the report of the Department of Science and Technology and the Provincial Police, at present, a number of departments, branches, units and localities have not yet issued the implementation plan; Organizing the implementation slowly compared to the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthrough scientific and technological development, innovation innovation and transformation of national numbers; Project 06 of the Government on developing data applications on population, identification and electronic authentication for national digital transformation in the period of 2022-2025, vision to 2030; Plan No. 92/KH-UBND of the Provincial People's Committee on the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo and the Government's Action Program on breakthrough development of science, technology, innovation and transformation of national numbers, affecting the progress of the province's general implementation.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee criticized departments, branches, units and localities:
1. Up to now, the plan of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW has not been issued; Plan No. 92/KH-UBND of the Provincial People's Committee includes: Radio and Television Station of the province, Management Board of Transport and Agriculture Project, Provincial Civil Project Management Board and Urban Development.
2. Not concentrated, slow to develop and promulgate the Plan for the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo; Plan No. 92/KH-UBND of the Provincial People's Committee includes: Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Department of Construction, Department of Finance, Bac Ninh Newspaper, Center for Public Administration, People's Committee of Bac Ninh City, People's Committee of Yen Phong District, Luong Tai District People's Committee, Tien Du District People's Committee, Thuan Thanh Town People's Committee, Gia Binh District People's Committee.
3. Up to now, the Government 06 has not been issued projects; Plan No. 107/KH-UBND of the Provincial People's Committee includes: Department of Education and Training, Department of Health, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Management Board of Bac Ninh Industrial Zones, Military Command of the province, Provincial People's Procuracy, Provincial People's Court, Provincial Radio and Television, Provincial Public Administration Center, Delegation Office, Provincial People's Council, Customs Sub-Department, Customs Sub-Department, Customs Sub-Department Department of Statistics, State Treasury of Region V, Sub -Department of Region V, Provincial Social Policy Bank, Tien Du District People's Committee, People's Committee of Que Vo Town, People's Committee of Gia Binh District, People's Committee of Thuan Thanh Town, Luong Tai People's Committee, People's Committee of Yen Phong District, People's Committee of Tu Son City.
4. Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee requests departments, branches, units and localities to urgently develop and promulgate plans to implement tasks; Report results to the Standing Committee of the Steering Committee (through the Office of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Police, the Department of Science and Technology) before April 15, 2025.
