This morning (January 21), the Central Steering Committee on Summarizing Resolution 18 of the 12th tenure "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently" held its second meeting. General Secretary To Lam chaired the meeting, according to VTV.
Speaking at the meeting, General Secretary To Lam acknowledged and highly appreciated the Central Organizing Committee, the standing agency of the Steering Committee, agencies, units and localities for their outstanding efforts to complete a huge amount of work very quickly and effectively in the Resolution Summary with many new, urgent and drastic ways of doing things.
Up to now, the summary of Resolution 18 and the arrangement of the organizational apparatus have been in accordance with regulations, in the right direction and exceeded the set schedule.
General Secretary To Lam said that these are only initial results, only the organizational framework and there is still much work to be done. Therefore, the Steering Committee needs to continue to grasp practical issues, continue to direct, evaluate the performance, effectiveness, efficiency, relationships, synchronization of the new apparatus, the operation as well as issues related to cadres and staff so that the apparatus can soon stabilize and come into operation, meeting the requirements of assigned tasks.
