The atmosphere and light of the new era
Attending and speaking of policy messages at the opening ceremony of the first multilateral summit in the field of green growth, green conversion and sustainable development that Vietnam hosted the organization, General Secretary To Lam emphasized that Vietnam is focusing on promoting strategic solutions for the country's development, in which, first of all promoting institutional reform is a breakthrough of breakthrough.
Secondly, promoting the development of science and technology, innovation, national numbers conversion is the most important breakthrough, the main motivation for rapid development of modern production forces, perfecting production relations, renovating national management methods. In particular, the General Secretary pointed out, "the data on the new resource is the atmosphere and light of the new era, a new production material. Digital transformation is a tool to renovate production and business methods, renovate production forces, innovate innovation as" magic sticks "to achieve sustainable prosperity".
Regarding green conversion, General Secretary To Lam affirmed: "We will strongly transform political commitments into practical actions, create motivation for businesses and the whole society to participate in the development of green economy, in which green institutions are the decisive foundation, green technology is a breakthrough motivation and green human resources that play a key role."
The General Secretary emphasized that Vietnam's development path cannot be separated from the general trend of the world and human civilization. Vietnam advocates to put itself into the flow of the world, combining the national strength and the power of the era, creating Vietnam's strength in the era of reaching out.
The General Secretary believes that the fourth P4G Conference will create new motivations to promote cooperation between P4G and partners, between the Northern Hemisphere and Southern Hemisphere countries, between the state -private sector to promote green transformation and sustainable green finance development.
Expect P4G becomes an "idea nursery" and "international laboratory" for green growth
Attending and speaking at the opening of the Conference, Member of the Politburo, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized that it is necessary to ensure the entire, comprehensive, global and global approach, "not to let anyone be left behind" during the green conversion process. According to the Prime Minister, a green economy needs green businesses, a green society that needs green citizens, a green world that needs green countries.
The Prime Minister said that science and technology, innovation, transformation plays a key role; market plays a leading role; Social awareness plays a fundamental role in promoting green conversion.
The Prime Minister also promoted the principle of equality, fairness and responsibility in green conversion, note that this is the process of "need to be consistent about the goal but proactive and flexible in terms of methods and roadmaps, taking into account the various conditions and capacity of countries".
The Prime Minister shared that, for Vietnam, in order to promote the process of green conversion, taking people as the center, Vietnam made 3 proposals:
Firstly, promoting the perfection of green thinking in which focusing on developing science and technology, innovation, transformation of numbers associated with green growth, determining green resources originating from green thinking, green growth motivation stems from green conversion, and green power originating from green awareness of people, businesses in countries, regions and globally.
Secondly, building a responsible green community in which the Government plays a orientation role, encouraging ensuring stable institutions, favorable for green growth, the private sector is the core in technology investment, universalization of green standards, pioneering scientific community in developing green technology and training green human resources. People are constantly raising their green consciousness and actually the subject of the results of green conversion.
Thirdly, promoting international cooperation and strongly developing green cooperation models, especially public-private partnerships, South-South cooperation, North-South cooperation, multilateral cooperation frameworks ... in order to eliminate institutional barriers, enhance access and speed up the speed of technology flows of technology and green administration.
Vietnam called on P4G to continue promoting its position, potential and strengths, really becoming a "idea nursery", an international "laboratory" for sustainable development and green growth, where pilot projects are replicated, breakthrough technology initiatives are highly flying and reaching far.
