On the occasion of the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2026), celebrating the success of the 14th National Party Congress, celebrating the election of National Assembly Deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term, on February 10, General Secretary To Lam came to offer incense at the Nguyen Van Linh General Secretary Memorial Area and the Nguyen Binh Lieutenant General Memorial House (Nguyen Van Linh commune).
Also attending the incense offering ceremony were Politburo members: General Luong Tam Quang - Minister of Public Security; Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc - Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee; Mr. Le Minh Tri - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission.

On the side of Military Region 3, attending the incense offering ceremony were Lieutenant General Nguyen Duc Hung - Member of the Party Central Committee, Political Commissar of the Military Region; Lieutenant General Luong Van Kiem - Commander of the Military Region.
On the side of Hung Yen province, attending the incense offering ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Huu Nghia - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Tran Quoc Toan - Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Mr. Tran Quoc Van - Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.
At the Memorial Area of General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh, General Secretary To Lam and delegates respectfully offered incense to commemorate, expressing their sincere respect and deep gratitude to the loyal party member, who lived and fought for the ideals of national independence and socialism throughout his life; the steadfast, creative, exemplary leader; the excellent student of President Ho Chi Minh; the outstanding son of Hung Yen homeland.

At the Memorial House of Lieutenant General Nguyen Binh, General Secretary To Lam and delegates offered incense and expressed gratitude to the shining example of a resilient communist, a talented military man, who made great contributions to the revolutionary cause, struggle, and national liberation, an outstanding son of Hung Yen homeland and the country.
Before the spirit of General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh and Lieutenant General Nguyen Binh, General Secretary To Lam and delegates vowed to constantly strive, cultivate, and train, determined to join the entire Party, people and army to build a strong Vietnam, deeply integrate with the world, and bring the country to stand shoulder to shoulder with the great powers in the new era.
