Reporting to General Secretary To Lam and the working delegation, Lam Dong Provincial Party Secretary Y Thanh Ha Nie K dam said that the Provincial Party Standing Committee has focused on leading and directing closely, comprehensively and promptly the research, study, dissemination, propaganda, concretization and implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress in conjunction with the implementation of the Resolution of the 11th Provincial Party Congress and new resolutions and policies of the Central Committee. Timely organize online conferences to widely disseminate to Party committees, Party organizations, cadres, Party members and People in the province.
For the Resolutions and Conclusions of the Central Committee related to the work of arranging the organization of the apparatus and administrative units at all levels, the Directives and the regulations and instructions of the Central Committee on the work of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, the province has thoroughly and regularly disseminated them throughout the Party Committee, contributing to raising awareness and responsibility, creating unity in the entire Party Committee, the political system and consensus among the People in implementation.
The Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee all include inspection, supervision and establishment of Inspection Teams to conduct inspections of preparation and direction of Party congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; the implementation of innovation and arrangement of the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently...
At the same time, assign the advisory agencies of the Provincial Party Committee and the Party committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee to develop an inspection and supervision program in accordance with the local and unit situation to implement and report to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
Regarding the implementation of the organizational arrangement in conjunction with the preparation for Party Congresses at all levels in the spirit of Directive No. 45-CT/TW of the Politburo, Lam Dong province has chaired and coordinated with Binh Thuan province and Dak Nong province to specify the Conclusions of the Politburo and the Secretariat on developing a Project to reorganize provincial-level administrative units.
The consultation with voters has been implemented in accordance with regulations, and the Government and the Ministry of Home Affairs have submitted the dossier "Project to reorganize the provinces: Lam Dong, Binh Thuan, Dak Nong" and the dossier "Project to reorganize commune-level administrative units of Lam Dong province" in accordance with the Central Government's schedule.
Based on the Project submitted to the Central Government, the Standing Committees of the 3 provinces issued resolutions, decisions, plans, conclusions... to direct implementation, set out tasks, solutions, implementation roadmaps, clarify work, clear responsibilities to ensure effective, quality implementation, progress according to requirements, and specific instructions for subordinates to easily implement.
Coordination in leadership, direction, and organization is carried out regularly. At the same time, a joint steering committee was established and a joint plan was developed for implementation.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Council, People's Committee, agencies and departments of the three provinces promote a sense of responsibility, be proactive in exchanging, contacting, and working to carry out the development of projects and plans according to the requirements of the Central Government.
General Secretary To Lam requested ministries and branches to discuss provincial leaders to remove difficulties in order to develop the socio-economy and stabilize national security and defense.
