In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the General Secretary and delegates offered incense, commemorated, and expressed their deep gratitude for the great contributions of the heroic martyrs - the outstanding children of the nation who fought bravely and sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, national construction and defense.
In the name of the heroes and martyrs, the delegates wished to unite and continue promoting the tradition of "When drinking water, remember its source", joining hands to contribute to building a prosperous, prosperous, integrated and developed country; the Vietnamese people are forever and strong.

Immediately after the incense offering ceremony, General Secretary To Lam and the delegates planted a memorial tree at the martyrs' Temple in Dien Bien Phu battlefield and offered incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs at the A1 National Martyrs' Cemetery.

Here, the General Secretary expressed his respect and gratitude for the blood contributions of the heroic martyrs and the people who contributed to the victory of Dien Bien Phu - opening a new heroic history of the Vietnamese people, creating a foundation for our country to develop, prosper and be happy.
On this occasion, General Secretary To Lam and the working delegation visited and presented gifts to the family of Dien Bien Soldier Pham Van Ngan in Dien Bien Phu ward. The General Secretary kindly visited and expressed his deep gratitude for the contributions and sacrifices of Mr. Pham Van Ngan's family in particular, policy families and people with meritorious services to the revolution in general.
On the same afternoon, General Secretary To Lam and the Central working delegation will have a working session with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Executive Committee of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee.
