At the National Relic of the Le Hong Phong General Secretary Memorial Area, General Secretary To Lam and the delegation respectfully offered sacrifices, flowers, and incense to commemorate General Secretary Le Hong Phong (1902–1942), former member of the Communist International Committee, former General Secretary of the Indochinese Communist Party.
At the Nghe Tinh Soviet Relic Site, General Secretary To Lam and the delegation respectfully offered sacrifices, flowers, and incense to commemorate and express gratitude to 217 martyrs who sacrificed in the historic protest on September 12, 1930 and revolutionary soldiers who were pioneers in the revolutionary struggle movement in the 1930–1931 period with the peak being the Nghe Tinh Soviet.
