The strike caused a big stir, not only for the domestic revolutionary movement, but also in the international arena, cheering for the world's revolutionary movement of the produceless and industrialists. With that great significance, August 4, 2525 has become a traditional day of the former Ba Son Shipyard, of today's Ba Son Corporation.
After 112 years (from 1863 to 1975), under the domination of the colonial and Imperial regions, on April 30, 1975, Ba Son Industrial Park was truly the owner of its workshop.

A major breakthrough for the Vietnamese shipbuilding industry
Colonel Mai Quoc Truong added that with the long tradition and strong determination of the workers, Ba Son Corporation has successfully completed the task of successfully building a series of modern military ships, being the first unit to build new TP01, TP02, PS500 missile ships and especially a series of 6 1241.8 class missile ships, marking a major breakthrough for the Vietnamese shipbuilding industry in approaching and transferring modern warship technology to serve the army.
The Corporation has also made breakthroughs in international cooperation, exporting products to large corporations in the world such as: Damen Group of the Netherlands, Piriou Group of France, Mykclebust of Norway, participating in bidding and winning international and domestic bidding lots for the manufacture of super heavier factory structures and marine works.

The production and business indicators for the period 2020 - 2025 always have a high growth rate, an average of over 150%. Revenue in 2024 will reach over VND1,800 billion, expected in 2025 to be over VND2,000 billion. Average income in the first 6 months of 2025 reached over 19 million/person/month.
"On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Ba Son Corporation's Traditional Day, generations of cadres and employees of Ba Son remember Chairman Ton Duc Thang more and more, thinking about the noble ideals of life, about his years as a craftsman and revolutionary activities in Ba Son. From the revolutionary struggle movements initiated and led by Uncle Ba Son, Ba Son Industrialists were trained in the fire of steel fighting, hundreds of Industrialists participated in the factory workers, hundreds of Industrialists directly participated in the fight and died in the two resistance wars, contributing to bringing glory and independence and freedom to the nation. Many Ba Son Industrialists have become senior cadres of the Party, State and Army," emphasized Colonel Mai Quoc Truong.
