The Ho Chi Minh City Inspectorate will streamline at least 20% of the number of cadres and civil servants working at this agency, deploy immediately and according to the prescribed roadmap.
At the same time, the Ho Chi Minh City Inspectorate coordinated with the Department of Home Affairs, departments and People's Committees of districts, towns and Thu Duc City to transfer a number of civil servants from the Department, District and District Inspectorate units to work at the grassroots People's Committees or other departments. This force will be responsible for inspecting, receiving citizens, handling complaints and denunciations, preventing corruption, waste and negativity.
Regarding workplaces, the Ho Chi Minh City Inspectorate headquarters at 13 Tran Quoc Thao ( Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3) can currently only accommodate about 150 workers. For now, Ho Chi Minh City Inspectorate will continue to use the existing headquarters and facilities.
At the same time, the Ho Chi Minh City Inspectorate will soon develop a plan to arrange suitable work locations for leaders, civil servants and workers, to ensure effective working conditions in the context of current infrastructure.
