Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee has just issued the Inspection Plan for 2025.
Accordingly, the locality will conduct 87 inspections, including 40 administrative inspections and 47 specialized inspections.
In particular, the Provincial Inspectorate focuses on inspecting the implementation of policies, laws and tasks and powers of agencies and units under the Provincial People's Committee.
The content of the inspection is the responsibility for implementing the law on inspection, receiving citizens, complaints, denunciations, preventing and combating corruption and negativity for Department Directors and Heads of provincial-level sectors.
The inspection plan focuses on key areas including district-level inspections, focusing on construction investment projects, land management and use, granting of land use right certificates, as well as management of resource and mineral exploitation.
Other issues such as management and use of public finance and assets and the implementation of national target programs will also be prioritized. In particular, the responsibility for handling complaints and denunciations, especially issues related to personnel for Party congresses at all levels, will be monitored more closely.
Inspections of departments and branches are carried out according to their authority, focusing on areas, locations and positions where waste and negativity are likely to occur. At the same time, areas with many complaints, denunciations or causing public outrage are also the focus of inspection work.
Special inspections will be carried out under the direction and guidance of the Government Inspectorate, while surprise inspections will be conducted at the request of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee or when signs of law violations are detected.
The objective of the inspection plan is to ensure transparency and efficiency in the management of resources, finance and public assets. At the same time, it strengthens responsibility in handling complaints, denunciations and preventing corruption.
