Can Tho e-Portal reported that on the morning of March 31, Vice Chairman of Can Tho City People's Committee Nguyen Thi Ngoc Diep chaired a conference to deploy personnel work, held at the Hall of the City People's Committee.
At the conference, the Department of Home Affairs announced 16 Decisions of the Chairman of the City People's Committee related to personnel work. Specifically as follows:
1. Reappoint Mr. Nguyen Van Ca Lo Anh, to hold the position of Director of the Project Management Board for Civil and Industrial Construction Investment of Can Tho City, for a term of 5 years from April 1, 2026.
2. Appointing Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan, former Director of the Hau Giang Provincial Development Investment Fund (old), to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Can Tho City Development Investment Fund until reaching retirement age according to regulations.
3. Appointing Ms. Nguyen Kim Ngoc, former Deputy Director of the Can Tho Investment - Trade and Exhibition Promotion Center to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Can Tho City Investment - Trade and Tourism Promotion Center, for a term of 5 years from June 8, 2022.
4. Appointing Mr. Le Hien Khanh, former Deputy Director of the Can Tho Investment - Trade and Exhibition Promotion Center to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Can Tho City Investment - Trade and Tourism Promotion Center, with a term of 5 years from October 29, 2024.
5. Appointed Mr. Tran Quoc Hiep, Chief Accountant of the Hau Giang Provincial Development Investment Fund (old), to hold the position of Head of the Supervisory Board of the Can Tho City Development Investment Fund.
6. Appointing Mr. Nguyen Van Thin, former Deputy Director of the Hau Giang Provincial Development Investment Fund (old), to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Can Tho City Development Investment Fund.
7. Appointing Mr. Ly Kim Trong, former Deputy Director of the Hau Giang Provincial Development Investment Fund (old), to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Can Tho City Development Investment Fund.
8. Appointing Ms. Tran Bao Quyen, former Deputy Director of the Can Tho City Development Investment Fund (old), to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Can Tho City Development Investment Fund.
9. Appointing Mr. Huynh Viet Hung, former Deputy Director of the Can Tho City Development Investment Fund (old), to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Can Tho City Development Investment Fund.
10. Appointing Ms. Nguyen Viet Phuong, former Director of the Can Tho City Development Investment Fund (old), to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Can Tho City Development Investment Fund.
11. Transferring and appointing Mr. Luu Viet Chien, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Can Tho Urban Joint Stock Company to hold the position of Head of the Supervisory Board of the Credit Guarantee Fund for Small and Medium Enterprises of Can Tho City (after merger).
12. Transfer and appoint Ms. Nguyen Thi Truc Linh, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairwoman of Hung Phu Ward People's Committee to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Can Tho City Investment - Trade and Tourism Promotion Center.
13. Appointing Mr. Le Van Son, former Chairman of the Credit Guarantee Fund for Small and Medium Enterprises of Can Tho City (old) to hold the position of Chairman of the Credit Guarantee Fund for Small and Medium Enterprises of Can Tho City (after merger)
14. Appointing Mr. Huynh Thanh That, Chief of Office of Lung Ngoc Hoang Hau Giang Nature Reserve to hold the position of Deputy Director of Lung Ngoc Hoang Hau Giang Nature Reserve directly under Can Tho City People's Committee.
15. Receiving and appointing Mr. Vo Chi Xinh, Deputy Chief of Office of the Can Tho City Party Committee to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs of Can Tho City.
16. Appointing Mr. Le Thanh Son, Deputy Director of Lung Ngoc Hoang Hau Giang Nature Reserve to hold the position of Director of Lung Ngoc Hoang Hau Giang Nature Reserve directly under Can Tho City People's Committee.
The above decisions all have a term of 5 years from the date of signing.
Ms. Ngoc Diep congratulated 16 officials who received decisions and 6 agencies and units that have been consolidated and fully supplemented with leadership and management titles.
