Chairman of Nha Trang City People's Committee, Mr. Tran Minh Chien signed a decision to administratively sanction Dai Tam Phat Company Limited (address 38 Nguyen Thien Thuat, old number 8/1 Nguyen Thien Thuat, Tan Tien Ward), with Ho Minh Tam as legal representative and director.
Previously, according to the reflection of tourists at Aroma Beach seafood restaurant (No. 38 Nguyen Thien Thuat Street, Tan Tien Ward) calculating the prices of expensive dishes.
Through Nha Trang City inspection, it was determined that the restaurant was registered under the name of Dai Tam Phat Company Limited, owned by Tam.
The authorities determined that there were 5 violations including: advertising products and goods not expressed in Vietnamese; doing business in food services without a Certificate of food safety eligibility.
Tam's enterprise did not name the enterprise at its head office; at the business location, it did not list the prices of some goods as follows: steamed steamed shrimp steamed in beer, beef/chicken pho, fried beef balls, drinking water of all kinds...
Selling prices are higher than listed prices for some goods such as: purple fish, fish sauce fried squid, grilled eggplant with onions, stir-fried water spinach with garlic, grilled beef stewed with pork belly, balut eggs, grilled shrimp.
For the above 5 violations, Nha Trang City People's Committee imposed administrative fines with a total fine of VND 96.5 million, of which the act of not posting the name of the enterprise at the head office fined VND 40 million.
Along with the fine, the authorities forced the business representative, Ho Van Tam, to remove 4 boxes of advertising lights for products and goods that were not shown in Vietnamese; forced the business name to be attached at the head office; and listed prices in accordance with regulations.
At the same time, customers are required to return the collected amount higher than the listed price, with the amount of VND 5,890,000. Publicly announce the content of the above remedial measures to the mass media within 30 days. In case the customer or customer cannot be identified or refuses to receive, the entire difference due to selling is higher than the listed price to the State budget.
