This is a meeting with voters after the 10th session, 15th National Assembly. Also meeting with voters this time were delegates of the Lam Dong Provincial National Assembly; leaders of the Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, departments and branches of Lam Dong province and leaders of the Party and government of Cam Ly - Da Lat ward.
At the meeting, voters expressed their belief in the leadership of the Party, State and Government in the country's renovation, which has created strong socio-economic development; political stability and ensuring national defense and security.
Voters in Cam Ly ward - Da Lat also expressed many heartfelt opinions, reflecting the social life in the locality when operating the local government at two levels.
Notably, in the field of land management, land fund planning for resettlement when the state recovers land to implement economic development and social security projects. The application of land prices when implementing compensation and resettlement arrangement when implementing projects has a large difference, causing disadvantages for people.
Voters also mentioned the work of ensuring environmental sanitation, expanding and clearing the flow to overcome the situation of flooding and landslides occurring, affecting people's lives; training, fostering, evaluating, and ranking commune-level officials and civil servants after commune-level arrangement.
In addition, voters reflected that the current contingent of cadres and civil servants in the local government sector is still lacking compared to the assigned staff quota. However, in reality, there is a situation of both shortage and surplus due to inappropriate training expertise.
Along with that, the recruitment of additional professional civil servants in some land and construction sectors faces difficulties due to lack of resources and pressure from the job requirements to be undertaken.
Through this, voters proposed that the Central Government have policies to attract cadres and civil servants to work in the government sector at the commune level; soon deploy the process of supplementing professional departments at the People's Committees at the commune level according to the Central Government's policy.
At the conference, representatives of departments, branches, People's Committees of Lam Dong province and Cam Ly - Da Lat ward received, exchanged, and explained to clarify many opinions and recommendations of voters.
On behalf of the National Assembly delegation, Politburo Member, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac received and fully acknowledged to continue to propose to the National Assembly and the Government for consideration and resolution in the coming time.
On this occasion, the Delegation of National Assembly Deputies of Lam Dong province reported on the results of the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly and the activities of National Assembly deputies of the province to voters and people.
