At the ceremony, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, Colonel Tran Xuan Anh - Director of Thai Binh Provincial Police presented the decision of the Minister of Public Security appointing Senior Colonel Pham Thanh Tien - Head of Tien Hai District Police - to hold the position of Deputy Director of Thai Binh Provincial Police.
Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Tran Xuan Anh - Director of Thai Binh Provincial Police congratulated Senior Lieutenant Colonel Pham Thanh Tien, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, on being honored to be trusted and assigned a new task by the Central Public Security Party Committee and the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security.
Colonel Tran Xuan Anh expressed his confidence and hope that in his new position, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Pham Thanh Tien will continue to promote his capacity, strengths, and experience, promptly accept and immediately start his tasks, unite and unite with the Party Committee of the Provincial Police to regularly coordinate closely with departments, branches, and localities to do a good job of advising the Party Committee, the government, and leading and directing to ensure good security and order in the area, and excellently complete the tasks assigned by the Party, the State, the industry, and the people.
Speaking at the ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Pham Thanh Tien - Deputy Director of Thai Binh Provincial Police thanked the Central Party Committee of Public Security and the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security for their trust and responsibility, affirming that this is an honor and pride but also a very heavy responsibility.
