During his work, Mr. Nguyen Duc Lam held the positions of: Deputy Head of Urban Management Department of Hai Duong City People's Committee; Director of Hai Duong City Construction Investment Project Management Board; Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of Binh Han Ward People's Committee, Hai Duong City; Head of Bidding, Appraisal and Investment Supervision Department of Hai Duong Provincial Department of Planning and Investment (old), Head of Non-budget Investment Management Department, Hai Phong City Department of Finance.
