On the evening of February 3, at Ho Guom Theater - Hanoi, the Central Organizing Committee chaired and coordinated with Communist Review, Nhan Dan Newspaper, Vietnam Television, Vietnam Journalists Association to organize the Ceremony to commend outstanding Party Cell Secretaries throughout the Party in 2026 and announce and award the 10th Golden Hammer and Sickle Award - 2025.
A new feature in the organization of the award ceremony is the combination of the Excellent Party Cell Secretary Commendation Ceremony with the announcement and award ceremony of the Golden Hammer and Sickle Award. This year, the Central Organizing Committee proposed and was approved by the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee to organize the selection and commendation of 96 excellent Party Cell Secretaries throughout the Party in 2026.
The integration of the Ceremony to commend outstanding Party Cell Secretaries and award the 10th Golden Hammer and Sickle Award makes the ceremony a politically meaningful activity on the occasion of the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam and celebrating the success of the 14th Party Congress.
