On January 15, the People's Council of My Tho Ward, term I, 2021 - 2026 held its 5th meeting (specialized meeting). Attending the meeting was Mr. Ngo Huynh Quang Thai - Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the Party Committee of My Tho Ward.
The 5th session carried out procedures for dismissal and additional election to the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of My Tho ward for the 2021 - 2026 term. Accordingly, delegates of the People's Council of My Tho ward unanimously dismissed Ms. Nguyen Thi Vinh Quang from the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of My Tho ward (due to transferring to another unit), and at the same time elected Mr. Le Quoc Cuong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of My Tho ward to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of My Tho ward term I, term 2021 - 2026.
At the meeting, delegates of the People's Council of My Tho Ward unanimously dismissed the titles of Member of the People's Committee of My Tho Ward for Mr. Nguyen Nhat Truong - former Head of My Tho Ward Police and Mr. Pham Hoang Son - former Commander of the Military Command of My Tho Ward (due to transfer to another job); at the same time, additionally elected Mr. Tran Van Ut - Head of My Tho Ward Police and Mr. Phan The Hieu - Commander of the Military Command of My Tho Ward to hold the positions of Member of the People's Committee of My Tho Ward for the 2021 - 2026 term.
