Quoc Oai commune was established on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population of Thach Than commune, Sai Son commune (belonging to Quoc Oai district); most of the area and population of the communes: Phuong Son, Quoc Oai town (belonging to Quoc Oai district); part of the area and population of Ngoc My commune (belonging to Quoc Oai district).
It is expected to use the current headquarters of the District Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee of Quoc Oai district as the headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the new Quoc Oai commune.
Hung Dao commune was established on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population of the communes: Dong Quang, Hung Dao, Cong Hoa (belonging to Quoc Oai district).
It is expected to use the current headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee of Cong Hoa commune as the headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the new Hung Dao commune.
Kieu Phu commune was established on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population of the communes of Can Huu, Liep Nghia, Tuyet Nghia (belonging to Quoc Oai district); most of the natural area and population of the communes of Ngoc Liep, Ngoc My (belonging to Quoc Oai district).
It is expected to use the current headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee of Liep Nghia commune as the headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the new Kieu Phu commune.
Phu Cat commune was established on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population of the communes: Phu Man, Dong Yen, Hoa Thach (belonging to Quoc Oai district); most of the natural area and population of Phu Cat commune (belonging to Quoc Oai district).
In the immediate future, it is expected to use the current headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee of Phu Cat commune. After the merger, the new commune will plan a new headquarters located in the current Hoa Thach commune.
