In Nguyen Thai Hoc 13 residential group, the representative office of Lao Dong Newspaper was selected as Voting Area No. 53, belonging to Election Unit No. 4 of Yen Bai ward, Lao Cai province.
More than a month earlier, the Yen Bai ward government had a document requesting to borrow the headquarters of the Representative Office of Lao Dong Newspaper to arrange a polling station to serve the election of Vietnamese National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026–2031 term, creating favorable conditions for people in the area to exercise their rights and citizens' obligations.

After receiving the request, the Representative Office of Lao Dong Newspaper agreed and had a written response, creating conditions for the locality to organize a polling station. According to statistics, Polling Station No. 53 had a total of 535 voters participating in the election.
In addition to the yard arranged as a voting area, the Representative Office also supported the electoral unit to borrow an additional room of more than 30m2 to use as a ballot counting area.
Here, tables and chairs were fully prepared, serving nearly 20 members participating in the vote counting work after the voting time ended.
On the morning of March 15, voters in the area were present in large numbers to exercise their right to vote. The atmosphere of the election day was serious and orderly.

Under the guidance of the election team, people successively carried out the steps according to regulations, ensuring the correct procedures, and no disorder occurred.
After completing the voting, Ms. Hoang Thi Khanh (residing in Yen Bai ward) expressed her emotion when participating in the 6th vote in her life.

“It's a festival of the whole country. Personally electing delegates I trust to represent the voice of the people at state power agencies is also a joy,” Ms. Khanh shared.
The election is expected to last from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on March 15.
