At a regular press conference on the afternoon of April 24, Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Pham Thu Hang answered questions from the press about the passing of Pope Francis.
Ms. Pham Thu Hang said that immediately after receiving the news of the death of Cardinal Francis, on behalf of the Party, State and people of Vietnam, Politburo member and President Luong Cuong; Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh; Party Central Committee member and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son sent his condolences to the VAT Court.
