On the afternoon of February 3, Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions on organizational restructuring.
At the conference, Mr. Tran Viet Cuong, Provincial Party Committee member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, announced a series of important decisions of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee related to the arrangement and streamlining of the organizational apparatus.
Accordingly, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee were merged to form the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee. Mr. Tran Thanh Hai, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, was appointed to the new position of Head of the Committee.
Establishment of the Party Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Agencies, directly under the Provincial Party Committee, consisting of 21 Party organizations with 639 Party members. The Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee have been appointed, of which Mr. Bui Huy Vinh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Provincial Party Agencies.
Established the Party Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Committee, directly under the Provincial Party Committee, consisting of 25 Party organizations with 5,199 Party members. Mr. Tran Duy Dong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, was appointed to concurrently hold the position of Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee.
Terminate the activities of 7 Party delegations and 3 Party Executive Committees, including the Provincial People's Council Party delegation, the Provincial People's Committee Party delegation, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Party delegation, the Provincial Labor Federation Party delegation, the Provincial Women's Union Party delegation, the Provincial Farmers' Association Party delegation, the Provincial Veterans' Association Party delegation, the Provincial People's Court Party delegation, the Provincial People's Procuracy Party delegation, and the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations Party delegation.
In addition, the Provincial Party Committee also announced the decision to terminate the activities of the Provincial Agencies Party Committee and the Provincial Enterprises Party Committee, in order to streamline the apparatus in accordance with Resolution No. 18 of the 12th Party Central Committee.
Mr. Dang Xuan Phong, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, emphasized that the merger of the Propaganda Department and the Mass Mobilization Department into one agency is a new model, implemented for the first time in the province.
Therefore, he suggested that the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission closely coordinate with the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Commission to soon issue regulations on functions, tasks, organizational structure and working regulations. At the same time, the commission needs to proactively and comprehensively deploy the tasks of the two fields of propaganda and mass mobilization, ensuring that work is not interrupted.
For the two newly established Party Committees, the Provincial Party Secretary requested that Party Committees at all levels quickly complete the organization, elect the Inspection Committee, Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Party Committee Inspection Committee, and at the same time develop operating regulations in accordance with the spirit of Conclusion No. 114 of the Politburo.
The Secretary of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee also commended the Party delegations, Party Executive Committees and two Party Committees of the Blocs for completing their tasks well over the past years, making important contributions to the overall development of the province.
He expected that after being transferred to the two new Party Committees, the Party organizations would continue to promote a sense of responsibility and solidarity, uphold the Party's operating principles, and ensure the successful completion of assigned political tasks.
