This morning (February 4), in Hanoi, the Central Propaganda and Education Commission, the Ministry of Information and Communications, Nhan Dan Newspaper, and the Vietnam Journalists Association jointly organized the Spring Press Conference of At Ty 2025.
Attending the Conference were Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Education Commission Nguyen Trong Nghia.
Also attending the conference were members of the Party Central Committee: Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Lai Xuan Mon; Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, President of the Vietnam Journalists Association Le Quoc Minh; General Director of the Voice of Vietnam Do Tien Sy.
Opening the program, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, President of the Vietnam Journalists Association Le Quoc Minh welcomed delegates to the Spring Press Conference of At Ty 2025; informed about some results of press activities in the past year of Nhan Dan Newspaper and the Vietnam Journalists Association.
According to Mr. Le Quoc Minh, 2025 is a year of special significance, celebrating the 100th anniversary of Vietnamese revolutionary journalism, the final year of implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, preparing for the 14th National Congress.
Mr. Tong Van Thanh - Director of the Press and Publishing Department, Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission - presented a report on the Press work of the Lunar New Year of At Ty 2025.
Press agencies and television programs focused on reflecting the atmosphere of welcoming the New Year of At Ty 2025 associated with the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam; the results and achievements of the country's 40 years of implementing the Doi Moi process and 4 years of implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress; remembering the great merits of President Ho Chi Minh; highlighting the belief, aspiration, will and strength of great solidarity of the Vietnamese people, the position and prestige of our country today.
The 2025 Spring At Ty newspaper publications and Tet radio and television programs continue to devote large space and capacity, placing in a solemn position the theme of celebrating the Party, celebrating Spring, celebrating the country's renewal; publishing, excerpting interviews, articles, and Tet greetings from leaders of the Party, State, ministries, branches, and localities.
Many articles focus on highlighting the achievements and marks of the country and localities in 2024; the directions, goals, and tasks in 2025 with higher goals requiring outstanding efforts, high determination, creative, innovative, and breakthrough approaches of the entire political system.
The articles, programs, and publications of the Spring Newspaper reflect the joyful, optimistic, and confident atmosphere of cadres, party members, and people in the revolutionary breakthrough policies and decisions of the Party; arouse the spirit of independence, self-reliance, and national pride, determination, and efforts to successfully implement the goals set by our Party towards the 100th anniversary of the Party's founding and the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, now the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Many articles assessed the achievements of the country, of all levels, sectors, fields and localities in 2024; emphasizing that with active, persistent, courageous, resilient and creative efforts and struggles, our entire Party, people and army have united as one, overcome all difficulties and challenges, achieved many important and comprehensive results and achievements in all fields; affirming that Vietnam is a sincere friend and reliable partner of other countries, respected and highly appreciated by the international community.
