Specific goals by 2035, Hanoi Medical University will have a training scale of over 20,000 students; training for master's and doctoral degrees and equivalent to over 50% of the total enrollment scale.
100% of training programs are recognized as having achieved educational quality accreditation by prestigious domestic and international accreditation organizations.
The number of international articles increases by 10%/year, by 2035, at least 1,000 international articles will be published each year, ensuring a minimum of 0.75 articles/discussionists/year.
Build at least 20 excellent research institutes, centers, and laboratories; gradually master a number of strategic technologies applied in scientific research in the health sector.
By 2035, ensure that each training institution of the University has at least 1 administrative practice facility. Build at least 5 hospitals under the School to meet international quality standards.
The total number of permanent lecturers reaches at least 1,700 lecturers, of which over 70% are doctoral students; 30% of lecturers with doctoral degrees are appointed to the title of professor, associate professor; at least 500 international students and trainees study the training programs.
By 2035, Hanoi Medical University will become a university ranked in the list of top 100 universities in Asia, 801 - 1,000 universities in the world and have at least 2 industry groups ranked in the group 150 of the prestigious international ranking.
By 2050, Hanoi Medical University is a national key research-oriented higher education institution, with an advanced, smart university governance model, among the top universities in Asia, the 501 - 800 group of top universities in the world and with at least 4 industry groups ranked in the 150 group of the prestigious international ranking.
